HOW IT WORKS

The 60 to 90 Day Roadmap

Phase 01

LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND

A pastor or association identifies a need. We listen to the story, the burden, and the opportunity.

Phase 02

CREATE A CHARTER

Together with the pastor, we draft a simple 60 to 90 day charter focused on spiritual, relational, and organizational strengthening.

Phase 03

DEPLOY A BARNABAS TEAM

A dedicated cross-church team of 5 to 7 trained volunteers is assembled to serve as the workforce, protecting the pastor’s bandwidth.

Phase 04

FOLLOW THE ROADMAP

The team moves through Ideas-to-Action, weekly Action Updates, and a Celebration that gathers fruit and builds momentum.

What a Barnabas Team Is

A Barnabas Team is a cross-church revitalization team of trained volunteers, serving as a kingdom workforce to listen, discern, and act alongside the pastor for 60 to 90 days.

What We Do

Provide encouragement for the journey.
Offer spiritual discernment.
Engage in shared action alongside the pastor.
Deliver practical, hands-on help.
Create small wins that restore hope.

What We Do Not Do

Provide professional counseling.
Assume pastoral or elder oversight.
Make structural or theological decisions.
Report to outside entities.
